Meet The Team
Founder & Directors
Seth "Pono" and Tiffany Dick
The organization was founded by Pono and Tiffany Dick, who have been actively involved in the community of Kauai for over 20 years.

Tiffany moved to Kauai in January of 2002 and opened Aloha Dance Studio shortly after. She has over 40 years of dance experience, instructing 32 years of her life, and is dedicated to teaching all levels and loves working with all children. Her life passion has been to give the gift of dance back to the community and provide a professional atmosphere for an enjoyable & technical learning experience!
Tiffany & Pono have such a heart for our keiki on Kauai and started the nonprofit to help reach more children that may not have the opportunity to take classes due to financial strains, to reach those who may be at risk, and also to provide scholarships to those who show potential into furthering their passion of dance or tumbling into college. We also will be including an assistant teacher and student teaching program that will guide our youth into work opportunites in the industry.
